Financial Reporting Forms

Municipalities and Regional Districts are required under the Community Charter section 167(4) to submit annual financial information to the Inspector of Municipalities.
 

This site provides software and instructions for submissions. Computer equipment will determine the length of time it will take to download this software. For example a 56KB modem would require approximately 10 minutes for LGDE software to download.
 

It is recommended that users consult the Help Manuals to assist in completing the submissions.
 

How to Install Downloaded Software

1. Right-click on the appropriate Download link above and select "Save Target As". This will bring up a prompt asking you for a save location. If it is not pointing there, choose "C:\temp".
2. The download will take a few minutes. After a box will pop up saying "Download Complete". Select "Open". The WinZip self-extractor or explorer window will appear on your screen.
3. Double-click on the file "Setup.exe". This will begin the setup process. Follow the on-screen prompts to finish loading the program.
4. The next time the program is used, the folder for LGDE 2007 will appear on the Start menu.
5. To remove the program, select "Start" > "Control Panel" > "Add/Remove Programs", select "LGDE2007" from the list and select "Remove".
