Legislation Listing
The Ministry is responsible for a number of pieces of
local government legislation. A
legislation overview
is available, providing a listing of all Ministry legislation that is
pertinent to local government and electronically available. The
Local Government Department also publishes an annual
legislative summary, highlighting legislative changes directly affecting
local governments that were passed in the previous legislative session.
