VICTORIA - April 5, 2007 - The Garth Homer Society will be able
to enhance the services it provides to Victoria-area seniors with
developmental disabilities, thanks to a $96,000 provincial grant.
The funding will allow the Garth Homer Society’s Pathway Program
to renovate its existing facility to better meet the needs of
seniors and will also help staff and community caregivers to more
effectively help local seniors with developmental disabilities to
participate more fully in their communities.
