VANCOUVER – March 16, 2007 -
Nine organizations across the province will receive a
total of $1.2 million to launch violence prevention projects that
engage men and boys in preventing violence against women and girls.
Projects range from men’s workshops offering relevant training and
support to online awareness campaigns and respect-building projects
geared to youth.
