Vendor Complaint Review Process

The VCRP is intended to
provide access to a consistent, fair and timely process to deal with
vendor complaints concerning the government's procurement process,
and to identify ways to make improvements to that process. It is not a legal process or dispute
resolution tribunal.
The vendor community in
British Columbia identified a need for such a process and in
response the Procurement Governance Office has developed a
government Vendor Complaint Review Process (VCRP) which can be found
at the following Web site:
