Call the Police. Use the emergency police number if you are in a dangerous or threatening situation.
Ask for support and information
If you don't get the support you need on the first call, keep trying until you find someone who can help you.
You may be able to get information and support from places like a transition house, and sexual assault or rape crisis
centre. Their numbers are listed on the inside cover of the phone book.
